Missionary Orientation

Danny Jones, Class of '69, is shown attending orientation with other summer missionaries at Camp Judson in the beautiful Black Hills near Keystone, SD (near Rapid City), in the summer of 1968. Danny's ten-week assignment was to teach music and assist with Vacation Bible Schools throughout North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana. He was sponsored by the Church Music Department, Mississippi Baptist Convention Board. Other Clarke College students working in the Northern Plains Baptist Convention (now The Dakotas Baptist Convention and The Montana Baptist Convention) were Rickey Ball, Bill Brown, Harvey Carr, Larry Hendricks,
Robin Nichols and Dewayne Tanton.
